Fall Mini Session at Chase Farm with the H Family

Once again the rain had me biting my fingernails all morning last Saturday! I was checking the radar every 5 minutes before the H Family's 3pm session, and right on cue the clouds started to roll away right as they pulled into the parking lot! The foliage is just starting to change at Chase Farm, and we walked over to an idyllic spot with a field, trees, and a view of the horses to start the session. Ella and her brothers kept me entertained with their explorations and killer jokes. What a sweet family session! I hope you love your sneak peek!

Spooky Halloween Session

Dragons, Queens, and Witches, oh my! I am pretty sure not many kiddos can pull off this many outfits in an hour photo session, but Juliet sure can! She literally changed character from one moment to the next and seemed to embody each costume she stepped into. We had so much fun running through our yards to find the perfect backdrops. I definitely predict more themed sessions in the future. If you have any ideas out there let me know!

Rocky Point Sunset Family Session

Patience paid off for the L Family last week at Rocky Point Park. This fall has been incredibly rainy so far, and we had to reschedule not once, not twice but three times! Thankfully we ended up with a gorgeous and warm evening on the bay at Rocky Point. Brady had a blast running in the fields and climbing on my wooden crate. Mom and Dad enjoyed chasing and playing with him as the sun went down. Then we headed down to the beach as the sky started turning pastel colors. Brady quickly became a fan of throwing rocks in the water, blowing bubbles, and walking along through the sand. I think we definitely captured both his energetic and super sweet sides. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite images from the session!

Isabella's Senior Session at Blithewold

The last time I visited the grounds of Blithewold for a wedding I remembered it being breathtaking, but I didn't really get a chance to explore. Luckily Isabella was prepared and had scouted out the gardens before her senior session. She knew all the best spots to emphasize her outfits and make her senior portraits truly unique! Looking back over her photos, it seems like we drove to ten different locations. I also love how her expressions seemed to reflect the scenery around her. Here are just a few of my favorite images!
