Slater Park Family Session

Although the weather looked shaky at first, the B Family ended up with a beautiful late afternoon shoot yesterday. Big sister L and her little brother J loved wandering through the park, especially over the numerous bridges. They even made friends with a few geese by the pond. With all of the interesting areas to explore, there were ample opportunities to catch them in action. We also managed to sneak in some family shots and even a few of just Mom and Dad. Overall it was a gorgeous afternoon!

Fall Family Session in the Park

Roger Williams Park was the setting for a fun, and chilly, family session yesterday! The D family lucked out with a beautiful, crisp, fall day and even the swan cooperated and posed in a few shots. 16 month old J enjoyed exploring (especially near the water) and his awesome older sister E was a huge help in eliciting some smiles! Realtor Portraits for RI's Best

This afternoon I photographed my close friend and RI's best realtor, Josh DePalma. I can say that because he sold our house last year in a matter of days and helped us find the home of our dreams! Coincidently, our yard was the background for his photos. I hope these head shots will soon be in real estate magazines across the state as his business continues to grow. We had a lot of fun during the shoot, as you can tell. If anyone out there needs a realtor, Josh is the one to call!

Pet Session in the Park

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I consider our pets to be part of the family. It is only natural that we want to capture their loving and generous spirits on film too! Thanks to my good friend M, I got to try my hand at pet photography this week.  If you know M, you know that her adorable dachshund Jay is pretty special (and a little spoiled). Although he is an older gentleman he never stopped moving! I guess it was an exciting location, we had fun running around the fields and beach capturing his cute expressions as he explored. Fabulous 50th Birthday

This past weekend I photographed a beautiful 50th birthday celebration. Family and friends gathered to share memories and a whole lot of laughs with C and her gorgeous family. C's husband did an amazing job, planning the entire event and including thoughtful details such as games that were popular when C was a girl. Both children and adults had a blast hula hooping and playing Twister! The party was a huge success and I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

Adventurous One Year Old P

This weekend I hung out with one year old P, and let's just say she was much more mobile this time than at her 6 month shoot! P explored the yard and had a wonderful time chasing me and checking out some flowers. Since Alice and Wonderland is Mom's favorite, even a white rabbit made an appearance! Baby E and Family

Last week I photographed beautiful little E and her parents and grandma. E was so enthusiastic and had the best facial expressions! She was such a trooper as we traveled from the woods to the beach. It was a gorgeous day (although pretty windy by the water) and we were able to capture some great moments. I hope you enjoy the peek!
