Newborn N

I am little behind with blog posts due to the end of the school year insanity and getting our house ready to sell, however a few weeks ago I met adorable Baby N and his fantastic family.  Throughout the session it became pretty obvious that N has two favorite things, cuddling and eating. However it all worked out since I was able to do more of a natural lifestyle shoot and capture those real life magical moments that you only get with a newborn baby. N was more than willing to show off those cute tiny features and priceless expressions. It's those small memories that we love to remember and look back to as babies grow. Enjoy the preview!

D and R's Sunset Engagement Session

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing D and R at sunset on Second Beach in Newport. We had to reschedule from our original date a week ago and we could not have asked for more perfect weather last night! What made it even better was what a fun and creative couple they are. I have known R and his family for years and watching him with D it was obvious that they are perfect for each other. They were up for all of my suggestions and added their own personality to the shoot. Whether running up and down the beach, hanging in the dunes, or climbing rocks and life guard chairs they had a lot of fun and truly compliment each other. I can't wait to capture more memories at their wedding next year!

5 Day New Baby J!

Today I was so excited to photograph 5 day old Baby J, the newborn son of two dear friends.  Mom and Dad had the most original ideas including but not limited to golf themes, Dr. Seuss books and NY Giants gear, and J had some awfully cute poses of his own to add to the mix! Time flew by and I found it hard to put my camera down because the level of adorableness was ridiculous. It was difficult narrowing down images for the sneak peek and I can't wait to share the rest of the photos with this special family :)

Two Month Baby F

Yesterday I met an adorable family and their newest addition Baby F.  The big brother and sister were super helpers, they even help me set up and break down my equipment! They also had some really cute ideas to add to the session. And Baby F was so good natured and relaxed, he was a natural model! I had such a blast capturing each member of this gorgeous family. Sweet Baby C

This past weekend I had the privilege of meeting Newborn Baby C, such a little peanut! She was the perfect model and allowed for multiple wardrobe changes and positions.  She even threw a few smiles in! I loved how big brother "named" her Tractor and the family incorporated C's pink tractor into a few shots. The Christmas tree hat was just too cute as well. Here are a few of my favorite shots.

Caterpillar Cake Smash

The Very Hungry Caterpillar was the theme of the adorable cake smash I photographed today! As usual, mom rose to the occasion and designed an adorable set with coordinating outfits for one year old G and big sister A. G took his time at first and then had a blast smearing icing and then A got a chance to "help out" her younger brother. I couldn't help but wonder if she remembered her first birthday smash a few years ago. I love being able to share such special memories with my friends and their children as they grow and change just like the caterpillar in Eric Carle's beloved book.  Enjoy!
